WW GF 3 point Bagels


3 point mini bagels GF

 Preheat oven to 450゚
 1/2 C Jules gluten free flour 72gm
1/2 C gf cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 C Kraft nonfat shredded cheddar cheese
pinch cayenne
Everything but the bagel seasoning

sift dry ingredients
add Greek yogurt
mix until incorporated
turn on to counter
knead 1 to 2 minutes
shape into a log
divide into 4
shape into 4 logs, curl into bagel shape,  connect ends
(May need to moisten ends with water)

 When ready to top :
moisten the tops with water
 invert them into a bowl that has the bagel seasoning
place them on a  Baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes
Cool on sheet x 5 min,then cool on rack x 20 minutes.
